Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. You do not need to make any payment with your order. You will receive an invoice from Cats Protection Head Office in due course. All orders are subject to stock availability. Branch price includes VAT at the current rate where applicable.
Orders placed must be for a minimum branch buying price of £50.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Cancelling an Order: Cats Protection Shop strives to process your order immediately after Checkout so you can receive your goods as soon as possible. Once you have hit the Purchase button at Checkout we begin to process your order. Please note that prices are given in single units (unless otherwise stated). Please also note that some items must be ordered in multiples of 3, 4 or 6 etc and are marked accordingly both in the catalogue and on the order form. Incorrect orders will be rounded to the nearest multiple.
Shipping And Handling
Your delivery will be processed immediately on receipt where items are in stock. Please allow up to 10 days for your item to arrive, although we do aim to deliver earlier - usually 3-5 days. If you require stock for a specific event or date, please advise us accordingly.
VAT is charged at the current rate.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

What data do we hold? We only hold the data that is necessary to fulfil our contract with you and make sure our service is the best it can be. To process any orders, we will need to hold your name, address, email address and telephone number on our systems. Returning an item:
For a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original packaging.
It is acceptable to return an item with shrink-wrap removed, as long as the item has not been used or damaged after receipt.
You will receive a full refund, including the cost of delivering the goods to you.
Your refund will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation.
Instructions for Return:
1. Please enclose the delivery note, including your name and order number with the returned item(s). Tape the box securely using heavy-duty packing tape.
